“……Only the one who gives happiness will be living a happy life”. Actually this is obvious.
What is happiness? What is the definition of happiness?
Happiness is the state of the heart, which can make other people feel happy.
Then, how can other people be happy when you are with that person?
Actually it is very simple. Just think about what everybody is wishing for or what everybody wants from other people. ……….
However, so many people are sleeping in the jail of self interest and the jail of the limitation of themselves and do not believe in their own happiness, do not believe in the good future of themselves and others. And they do not believe in the infinite potential of themselves.
Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your life to be in the cage, to be in the prison of your ego. How can people be relieved from this prison of the ego and be reborn spiritually? This is the biggest subject of human beings and each one of us.”

“There is a quote of Shakyamuni Buddha which says “practitioners just walk alone”. What does “just walk alone” mean?
Many people misunderstand the meaning, such as, this means that “don’t be with a group and just practice by yourself.”
In some way, yes. But actually, there is no individual existence. One individual existence can exist only by being supported by all the other existences. Even one finger movement will affect the whole universe. And the movement of your finger is the result of the movement of the whole universe……………
You need to realise, accept all other existences, beings of the world in your heart, which means that you need to care about the other person as yourself. If you accept as an existence into your heart 100% you start to feel that the subconscious of the other person is in your heart………….…
This spirit of “walking alone” by yourself but with so much warmth, so much freedom and so much purity that you will find that your soul is shining in this way of living in the spirit
色 Shiki, n° 1
受 Ju, n°2
想 So, n°3
行 Gyo, n°4
識 Shiki, no.5

“……….In the Buddhist scriptures it says that a Bodhisattva will be the friend of others even though not asked. We shouldn’t be stingy to give care and love to others. We need to be generous. All Bodhisattva, Buddhas, the Great Spirit, how much they are wishing that you receive the Great Love. Once you notice that you will never be able to treat yourself in a bad way. You are such an important person as the one child, the only child of the Great Spirit, of God…..”
“I often talk about altruism, which we usually recognise and understand as doing something for others.
However, in fact, simply doing something for others is not altruism in the true sense of the word. Or perhaps it could be said that altruism is not complete.
What do I mean by that?
The altruist inputs the message into his or her unconscious mind that he or she is so rich that he or she can give away so much, that he or she can practice altruism. Therefore, they themselves become richer.
However, it is not impossible that the recipient of altruism may input the message “I have to receive” into their subconscious.
If you receive altruism in this way and do not give, at first glance it may seem that the recipient benefits. But in fact, it is unconsciously inputted into your mind that you are the one who has to receive.
This is true whether it is spiritual or material.
If it is a spiritual level, you think that you are the one who has to be cared for.
As a result, they give up their efforts to ‘give’, to move towards altruism, and become spoiled. In fact, pampering is a variant of using others.
In this way, altruism becomes rather negative.
It means that if you are only receiving all the time, it becomes a negative thing.….”
“At first glance, it may seem that altruism and health have nothing to do with each other at all. In fact, they do, but I would like to analyse how they are related.
Altruism can be an action of some kind, but before that, it is first of all a state of Ki, so it is a kind of unconscious state.
What kind of unconscious state is the unconscious state of altruism?
It’s a state of ‘always trying to give’, of being on standby to give something to other people, to the people in the field or to the world as you perceive it.……….
In fact, there are only two kinds of unconscious states in the world.
One is, as I said, the state of being on standby, trying to give.
The other is the state of unconsciousness, which is always on standby to receive, to receive from other people and the world.
Unfortunately, the majority of people in the world today are in a state of being on standby, trying to receive.
Are you trying to give or are you trying to receive?
There is no state that is neither of those.
People who are trying to give, always receive energy from the Universe.
That’s why they look energetic, and in fact they are energetic.
In other words, they are healthy.………..
On the other hand, a person in an unconscious state who is trying to receive from others has somewhat low energy.…………..
The more you drop your energy, the further away from health you are.……….”

“In general people say that Buddhism is the religion of Wisdom. But what is Wisdom? Well, wisdom is the eyes to see your own heart, including your subconsciousness.
Buddhism says that there are 10 spiritual worlds. Which are from hell to Pure Land: Hell, Hungry ghost, fasting hell, animals, fighting hell, humans, heavenly world, small enlightened world, Bodhisattva and Buddha.
We all have these 10 worlds in our own heart. There is no exception, every single person has.
Therefore if your heart is more awakened to the Pure land, which is Bodhisattva and Buddhas, you will start to be more aware of the opposite heart of Buddha in your own heart, which is like hell, fasting hell…………
Wisdom is to know and see that all the world is in one’s heart, including heaven and also the world of enlightenment, the Pure Land.
How is it that all the existences of the whole universe are reflecting to you every moment? ………….
“People feel that they are loved when they feel that they are understood or when they feel that they are accepted. In Japanese there is the expression “even if it goes into your eyes you don’t feel pain”, we use this expression when someone really loves like a baby, takes others into their heart completely and accepts others into their own existence. This is the action of loving. It is different from the attitude of observing objectively, where there is no love. People just feel like they are being seen as material.
People need to be treated as an existence of the spirit. That’s why you need effort to accept into your own heart. Accept another existence into the heart 100%. When this happens other people feel they are accepted, they feel relaxed and they feel warmth, and this means that there is an action of loving. Usually people don’t want to do this, because there is a lot of subconscious fear of each other in this modern society. People are having relationships not because of love, but because of the calculation of the merit and demerit. It is a commodity but this is not an easy relationship.………………
How you treat others, it is actually how you are treating yourself. If you are kicking out other people from your heart it means you are kicking yourself out of the heaven inside of your heart. ………….
