Hope Warriors Dharma Talk-Life has to be Beautiful and Cool

“…..What is most important in life?” Well if I was asked this question I would answer “the beauty and the coolness”.
So, what is beauty? What is beautiful? To explain and or understand what beauty is let us first think about what is the opposite, what is not beautiful.……

…To put it simply, if there is any merchandise, which means calculation in  the heart, in any behaviour, any action, it is not beautiful.………

Then what is the cool action? Well this is related to the beautiful action  but what I want to say is that the cool action is something that is not  stingy. This meaning of stingy has nothing to do with money, it is more  a way of living. For example, some people are not giving energy to  other people in the field, they want to save their energy for themselves  and not give to others because of their stinginess. This is not cool…….

Words are the Spirit -Humans are Beings of Words

“Well there are many different levels of lies, from the low level lie to the high level lie and  also there is a cute lie. The High level lie means that you need to be in a high level spiritually to recognise these lies, which means lies to oneself, another word is “excuse”. It is easy for people to create excuses, especially when one tries to change the Karma.

As I said several times before in the Dharma talks, the basic way to change the karma is to decide something and just continuously do it without putting any thought between your action and the heart. For example if you are determined to do the mantra chanting everyday, just do it, and or if you are determined to write down a few sentences every day about what you want to realize in the future then do it, do it  for a hundred days. But there will always be a time coming that won´t let you continue, because the karma doesn’t want to change.

Karma has energy and tries not to let you change it, it doesn’t allow you to let it disappear so tries to stop you to continue and then an excuse comes up, you have to realize this is an excuse, that is why I am calling it a high level lie. You need an iron will to continue and change your karma…

“..…So how will you be able to switch on your Wisdom, with the Great Spirit  dwelling in you, in your life? Well the basic attitude is that you have to throw  yourself away, this is the base of the base. So throw away yourself,  continuously and do whatever is necessary to bring all others to the light, to the  peace, to the warmth, to the happiness and to the joy. 

 I know that it is not easy in the beginning because you are imprinted with “ if  you throw yourself away, oh what is going to happen”……..…….

“Switch on your Wisdom

Hope Warriors Dharma Talks-What is the playful heart of a Bodhisattva

There is a word in Japanese,  “Unki “  which means fate.

“Un” is fate and “Ki” is energy, which means that the energy of fortune, fate, how destiny goes. 

I’m really wishing that people would be aware of it by looking at Ki “Unki “. Why don’t  people know that there is Ki energy, the energy of fortune, the energy of fate?

If you look based on this view then you will see the people whose Ki energy is lifting up, joyfully lifting up or not, then you can tell how their destiny will be, how their fortune or fate is.  

Of course, if the Ki energy keeps lifting up, that person’s future is joyful…”

What a Surprising State of the Heart

“If you determine that you will be reborn to Pure Land, if you determine your Future, it will happen that you will be reborn in Pure Land, but if you don’t it won’t happen. Isn’t it interesting? 

Well, this determination that you will be reborn to Pure Land is the important state of the heart, we call it KETSUJO. This includes several aspects of the Pure Land, for example the entrance to the Pure Land. Well one of the aspects of the entrances of the Pure Land, Infinite Joy, is the state of Emptiness, which is beyond duality. 

If your practice is based on to be responsible for all others to become enlightened or reborn in the Pure Land, Infinite Joy, this is the first thing, also if you are responsible to the teachings to be  spread to all other beings, this is the second thing and the third, if you are responsible to live, to manifest your internal Great Spirit of the Universe which is to spread the Dharma for all beings to awaken to enlightenment, to rebirth in the world of Infinite Joy, this will become a treasure, this will awaken the treasure, which will open the state of non duality, which is emptiness, the body sensation of emptiness...”

Hope Warriors Dharma Talk-Breathe Great Love of the Universe

“……….Human beings breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide,CO2, as for plants they breathe in the CO2 and breathe out oxygen, this is“giving  to each other”. In this planet’s system all the physical phenomena are  the symbolic appearance of what is happening in the spiritual world. In the spiritual world the Universe is breathing the Great Love.  

Start to be able to receive the Great Love from the Great Spirit of the  Universe as you breathe in and send out the Great Love to all beings as you breathe out. Your breath will be synchronised with the breathing of  the Great Love and this is so peaceful and warm. Just by breathing you are giving out the energy of the Great Love. ……….”

“So getting back to the subject. What is the meaning of the Shakyamuni´s extreme love for Rahula? This is a symbolic expression that The Great Spirit of the Universe, extremely loves you, each one of the beings, but you, because well think, why does  one person include the whole Universe? it is the love concentrated in one person, you.

You are the person who is the centre of the Universe. Each one of the beings is the centre of the Universe, each one of the beings are living in each Universe. 

The Universe is not only one, oneness but an infinite number of Universes, this is called the GREAT UNIVERSE. 

Therefore don´t forget the GREAT LOVE is all the time embracing you, all the time supporting you. Great Love is concentrating on you as the centre of the Universe. 

May you, people around you and people in the world awaken to the reality that GREAT LOVE is all the time wishing the best for your life at every moment and supporting it with extreme LOVE.“

Hope Warriors Dharma Talks-How to change your Karma?

I would like to broadcast this Dharma talk with the hope that people can live life meaningfully, richer and full of heart.

I’m sure that you have heard of the word of Eastern philosophy “The mind and body are oneness”. The ancient  Zen Master Dogen said in his words that “Dropped off body and heart” . 

Buddhism, Mahayana Buddhism, in general says there are three Karmas.

Three Karmas are Action, Words and Mind.  

When you see the word, if the Mind is first it’s the influence of modern society because we usually think that we think about something and then we do and we take action.

This is what we think of as common sense, we think something, we decide something and then we take action.  

However, the order is opposite in both what the master Dogen wrote: “The body and heart dropped off “or  “Three karmas,  Action, Words and  Mind”. 

Actually, this order is the secret of how to change your karma…

Hope Warriors Dharma Talk-Your Spiritual Body Creates the Joyful Life 

“…… when your Spiritual Body is receiving unification from the unification of the Spiritual Nirmana -kaya, one aspect of  the Great Spirit of the Universe, infinite development, another name for “joy”  springs out.  Development means that your potential springs out, it  manifests, it appears, the joy, the potential manifests………

There is a way, a method to receive the unification of the Great Spirit of the  Universe, the Spiritual Nirmana-kaya to your spiritual body. But I would like  to give you one hint, what you can do in daily life and this is just to see the good points of others or the good points of the situation. Basically try to see  the positive points, positive aspects and praise. Praise other’s positive points and praise the positive points of the situation. Have the heart of praise to the world and to others, then joy starts to spring  out from the source of your existence.…..”

How to live in Peace

“The Great Spirit of the Universe exists within you, internally, externally, with oneness and is full of peace, as the ocean has no other way to live but as an ocean, a beautiful living ocean.  

In my memory there is a word in the Bible that says: “Don’t give strength to the external world”.

If you lose the peace of your mind because of what is happening in the external world it means that you are giving power to the external world. 

Don’t give power or strength to anybody but the Great Spirit of the Universe, which is full of peace. The cause is not the external world itself, I mean the cause of what is happening in the external world. 

There is a Great River in the Universe which is trying every moment to give you peace and human life is our given homework, all of us are given the homework before we are born, before we come to this world. The mission of each person will appear in life as a problem or the wish that you want to realise. So solving the problem is the path to give you peace in your heart, the problem or the wishes are given by the GREAT RIVER OF THE UNIVERSE and also the energy to solve it to fulfil the wishes are also given by the Great River of the Universe. One by one when it is fulfilled the peace in your heart will increase infinitely….”
