Vivir con el Corazón Brillando

“En la Biblia, y también en los Sutras del Budismo Mahayana, hay historias con ejemplos para que la gente entienda cuánto te ama el Espíritu del Universo, Dios o Buda, como Hijo único..

…alguien que practica toda su vida va a la Tierra Pura o el Cielo, el Paraíso, y alguien que justo antes de fallecer hizo 10 veces el canto también fue aceptado en la Tierra Pura. Esta es una de las historias tradicionales, también en el Budismo de la Tierra Pura.

Un aspecto es que no hay diferencia de tiempo. No hay diferencia de tiempo significa, que algunas personas pasan incluso un corto espacio de tiempo en su vida pero es muy, muy significativo y profundo. Algunos pasan mucho más, años,  alguien que está viviendo mucho tiempo pero no hay significado en su vida. La profundidad del tiempo es diferente para cada persona.

 “Tongo“. “Tongo” significa iluminación inmediata.

Esta teoría es para despertar a la gente de la ilusión de que hay que pasar mucho, mucho tiempo para estar iluminado.

¿cómo de justo es el Universo? Puedes conseguir la iluminación inmediata pero también puedes perder la iluminación en un momento. La iluminación es una continuación del Infinito. Lo que quiero decir es que los seres humanos normalmente sólo piensan en la existencia desde el nacimiento hasta la muerte. Pero, en realidad, la existencia es que existes incluso antes de tu nacimiento, pasado infinito y tu existencia continúa incluso después de que hayas fallecido, futuro infinito.

En este estado del corazón, tu corazón brillará...”

Live with Heart Shining

“In the Bible, and also in the Mahayana Buddhism Sutras, there are stories with examples to let people understand how much the Spirit of the Universe, God or Buddha loves you as the only Child…

 …someone who practices all his life is going to the Pure Land or Heaven, Paradise, and someone who just before passing away did 10 times the chant was also accepted into the Pure Land.

One aspect is that there is no time difference. No time difference means, some people spend even a short time in their life but it is very, very meaningful and deep. Some are spending much more, ages, someone who is living a long time but there is no meaning to their life. The depth of time is different for each person.

The other aspect of this means “Tongo”. “Tongo” means immediate enlightenment.

This theory is to awaken people from the illusion that you need to spend a long, long time to be enlightened.

 …how fair is the Universe? You can get immediate enlightenment but also you can lose the enlightenment in a moment. Enlightenment is a continuation of the Infinite. What I mean is that human beings usually only think about existence from birth until death. But, actually, existence is that you exist even before your birth, infinite past and your existence continues even after you passed away, infinite future.

You are living in a forever infinite time. Ifyouare living in an infinite time, the existence is only a continuation of every moment and the image you have of the existence based on this next moment will be the best, the brightest time of your life will come.

The Secret of Happiness

“For a long, long time, Human Being’s life was for survival, the struggle for survival, always trying to gain food, the material things..etc how to get relief from physical suffering. 

It is obvious that when we were starving, and when food was given we felt so happy. Then, because of those experiences, we were imprinted that “happiness is the moment when some physical suffering was relieved by filling up the desire”.

But, actually to be relieved from suffering and happiness are two different things. Happiness is way beyond that,  anyway is a different thing, that is why we always think, in modern days, “If I have this, I would be happy” “if I have a car, I will be happy”,  “if I have a house, I would be happy”, “if I have money I would be happy”etc.etc…

There is one secret of life, one key to be happy, it is accepting the Field.  Well, what is the Field? It is the world that we recognize, including others. And actually the world we recognize, the phenomenon we recognize is the projection of our Alaya consciousness, our heart.

Actually we are creating the world with our heart by projecting our image.

…if somebody talks about a problem, we easily think “ok this is not my problem, it is his or her problem” we will not accept it.

We allow ourselves to be happy only by the amount of the wish that we have for others to be happy. 

This is a psychological mechanism of happiness. 

But stupidly, our ego conscious makes a division between ourselves and the world.

When you accept everything, it will include all the positivity into your heart, subconsciously, and you will find yourself being embraced by the Great Love of the Great Spirit of the Universe…”

El Secreto de la Felicidad

“Durante mucho, mucho tiempo, la vida del Ser Humano fue para sobrevivir, la lucha por la supervivencia, siempre tratando de conseguir comida, cosas materiales..etc , cómo obtener alivio del sufrimiento físico…

Pero, en realidad, ser aliviado del sufrimiento y la felicidad son dos cosas diferentes. La felicidad es mucho más que eso, de todas formas es una cosa diferente, por eso siempre pensamos, en la época moderna, “Si tengo esto, sería feliz” “si tengo un coche, sería feliz”, “si tengo una casa, sería feliz”, “si tengo dinero seré feliz “etc…

Hay un secreto en la vida, una clave para ser feliz, es aceptar el Campo. ¿Qué es el Campo? Es el mundo que reconocemos, incluidos los demás. Y en realidad el mundo que reconocemos, el fenómeno que reconocemos es la proyección de nuestra conciencia Alaya, nuestro corazón.

En realidad estamos creando el mundo con nuestro corazón, proyectando nuestra imagen.

Pero estúpidamente, nuestro ego consciente hace una división entre nosotros y el mundo. Con la pobreza del corazón, inconscientemente, calculamos lo que es mérito y demérito, y tratamos de tomar sólo el mérito y esto crea la pobreza de nuestro corazón, es guiado por el miedo que llevamos..

…si alguien habla de un problema, fácilmente pensamos “vale, este no es mi problema, es su problema” y no lo aceptaremos.

Cuando lo aceptes todo, incluirá toda la positividad en tu corazón, subconscientemente, y te encontrarás abrazado por el Gran Amor del Gran Espíritu del Universo, Amida y el calor del Gran Amor.

Encontrarás por ti mismo que la felicidad significa que tú mismo estás unificado con el Gran Espíritu del Universo, estás unificado por el Gran Amor y la felicidad y es tu respiración. 

Estás respirando el Gran Amor y estás respirando Felicidad. 

Nos permitimos ser felices sólo por la cantidad de deseos que tenemos de que los demás sean felices.

Este es el mecanismo psicológico de la felicidad.

In de Hart Sutra staan de woorden “Shin-Mu-Kei-Ge”. Dit betekent dat er niets is dat je hart stoort.

Als niets je hart stoort, hoe vrij en vredig zal je je voelen? 

Om in zo’n staat te zijn, moet je je verenigen met de grote geest van het universum.

Hoe kan dat?

“En la vida cotidiana no solemos pensar en ciertas cosas, por ejemplo no pensamos que estamos basados en miles y miles de millones de personas muertas. Lo que quiero decir es que existen los antepasados y toda la historia de los Seres Humanos, las historias de las personas que han fallecido. Somos el resultado de todos esos pasados y estamos compartiendo un tiempo temporal en este planeta.

La razón por la que estoy hablando de esto, es porque, en caso de que estés cargando la tristeza que puedes sentir en tu cuerpo, esta tristeza o pena debe ser el reflejo de aquellos espíritus que no pudieron aliviarse de su tristeza o pena, de los sentimientos negativos.

La tristeza que estas sintiendo en tu cuerpo es un mensaje de ellos, que desean ser rescatados al estado celestial...”

“In daily life we usually don’t think about certain things, for example  we don’t think that we are based on billions and billions of dead people. What I mean is that there are ancestors and all of the history of Human Beings, the stories of people who have passed away. We are the result of all those pasts and we are sharing temporary time on this planet. 

The reason why I am talking about this, is because, in case you are carrying the sadness that you can feel in your body. This sadness or sorrow must be the reflection of those spirits who were not able to relieve themselves from their sadness or sorrow, the negative feelings. 

The sadness that you are feeling in your body is a message from them, that they wish to be rescued to the heavenly state...”

El Código Secreto del Universo

“Es muy difícil para el Ser Humano imaginar o reconocer lo que es “Infinito“. Porque los Seres Humanos sólo somos capaces de reconocer la materia, la dualidad. La dualidad significa izquierda o derecha, tu o yo etc . Si no reconocemos la derecha no podemos reconocer la izquierda, si no hay otras personas ni siquiera reconocemos la existencia de nosotros mismos. También el tiempo, si no hay pasado, no hay futuro y si decimos Infinito, no hay pasado ni futuro.

En el Budismo, en lugar de llamarlo Infinito, se escribe como “nada empieza, nada acaba”. Sin principio ni fin, el significado es Infinito. Además, en el Mundo Humano todo desciende a medida que pasa el tiempo, así que para nosotros, para ti, es difícil visualizar algo como “Desarrollo Infinito”. Es un concepto totalmente opuesto al del Mundo Humano. 

Por eso, cuando oímos las palabras “no dualidad”, “vacío”, nos imaginamos que no existe nada, no imaginamos que algo infinito se desarrolla espiritualmente, pero en realidad el Desarrollo Infinito existe. 

Aunque como concepto “Desarrollo” suene a dualidad porque es algo mejor. Sin embargo, en el mundo espiritual el Desarrollo Infinito es que cada momento aumenta la felicidad o la existencia alegre.“

Hope Warriors Dharma Talk-Qué es lo Más Importante en la Vida

“¿Qué es lo más importante en la vida? Yo diría que es la Fe. 

La razón por la que digo que “el asunto más importante en la vida es la Fe” es porque cuando quieres realizar tu deseo, imprimirlo en el subconsciente, la Fe es lo más efectivo, la Fe en que se realizará. Es porque la Fe te hace sentir relajado. La fe y la tensión no se soportan. 

La Fe es positiva pero la duda te trae tensión y oscuridad, lo que significa negatividad. 

Entonces, ¿cómo puedes tener fe en que tu deseo se hará realidad? Por un lado podrías decir que es el reflejo de tus oraciones del Corazón de Dar. Si estás deseando todo lo mejor para todas las demás personas, entonces se refleja en tu corazón como Fe, o en la realización de tu deseo. 

Por lo tanto la Fe es importante y es un reflejo del Corazón de Dar. Porque el Corazón de Dar es parte del Corazón del Gran Espíritu del Universo, despertará tu intuición.

Por cierto, la Fe es también lo más importante en una relación. Si no puedes confiar, no hay relación. Por lo tanto, es súper importante ser responsable de la palabra que has dado a los demás.“
