What creates a happy phenomenon is your heart
“Let other people and the world be accepted into one’s own heart, this means that you throw yourself away..
If you throw yourself away you are emptiness, you are full of the Universe and that is why others will enter into your heart. Throw yourself out and you become the Universe, your spirit becomes the Universe and you are going into them, then they are inside of your heart.
Taking others into your heart is another name for wishing happiness for others.
Therefore, I wish you expand the heart of acceptance of others either through visualization or wishes and prayers, or both
May you live a happy life, may you start wishing the happiness of others, may that happiness expand to the world…”
